Augusta, GA (April 2026) The Warrior’s Journey Golf once again traveled to that hallowed ground in Georgia for a journey to The Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club. While any visit to Augusta is special, this year’s experience felt truly divinely led. The men and women who made the trip left with memories that will last a lifetime.

We began the week with an incredible dinner prepared by Chef Tomas, gathering in beautiful homes generously opened by families in Augusta who give up their homes for our warriors. It set the tone right away with warmth, gratitude, and something deeper at work.

Our time officially opened with a powerful fireside chat from Teddy Scott, caddie for world number one Scottie Scheffler and a close friend of The Warrior’s Journey. His message went far beyond golf, touching on life, faith, and eternity, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in the room.

Monday morning began with a meaningful workshop that reached the heart. In these settings, something special happens. When care, trust, and genuine love are present, barriers come down. Conversations unfold. Warriors open up. And in those moments, real healing begins.

That afternoon, we visited Augusta Country Club, a place rich in history as the childhood course of Bobby Jones. From those roots came the vision that became Augusta National, ground that now carries meaning far beyond the game itself.

Tuesday brought what can only be described as a day beyond comprehension.

Driving down Magnolia Lane and stepping into Berckmans Cottage with Jim and Sis Blanchard is something few ever experience. Jim shared stories of golf’s great history including Dwight D Eisenhower and Ben Hogan, bringing the legacy of the game to life in a way that felt personal and powerful.

Lunch in the Trophy Room of the clubhouse was unforgettable, made even more special by time spent with 8 time major champion and 3 time Masters winner Tom Watson. From there, we walked Amen Corner, taking in the very heartbeat of the tournament, and spent time with 4 time Super Bowl champion Lynn Swann.

Moments kept coming.

A quick visit with Adam Hayes, caddie for Jon Rahm, added another layer to an already unforgettable day. Then came a special experience inside Butler Cabin, where we met Jim Nantz.

In one of the most human moments of the week, Jim shared that his son in law, an F 18 fighter pilot, was on active standby amid rising tensions overseas. In that moment, the warriors became the ones offering strength and encouragement. It was powerful and deeply real.

We closed the evening with a final fireside workshop in the cool Georgia air. Quiet. Reflective. Meaningful.

And fittingly, the closing words came from one of the most recognizable voices in sports:

Hello, friends.

Friendships were built. Memories were made. Lives were touched.

All through this incredible game called golf.
